Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer due to courier limitations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with tracking details.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹X,XXX.
A flat rate of ₹XX is applicable for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Any promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

Vilaas is not liable for delays outside our control but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
