At Vilaas, every soap is carefully handcrafted, packed, and delivered with love. Because our products are personal care items, we follow strict hygiene standards and do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for soaps once delivered, except under the following conditions:
Damaged Product Received: If the soap is broken, melted, or severely damaged during shipping.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
📸 Proof required: Please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery to @vanijcreations.com for us to review and resolve your case.
3. Refunds
If your return request is approved (under the conditions above), we will issue a full refund or replacement as per your choice.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side (wrong or damaged item).
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after purchase.
Products used, partially used, or opened.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery without proof of damage/wrong item.
